Shipping & Delivery

Every order ships with tracking, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

  • Standard Shipping — 5–14 business days · $5 (free on orders over $30)
  • Expedited Shipping — 3–5 business days · $20

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (holidays, new launches) or due to customs in your country.

Where we ship

We ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Customs & duties

Orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Most small orders arrive with nothing extra to pay.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, use the link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, just reach out at contact@cutecardclub.com and we'll be happy to help.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your little things. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Our 30-day policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on items that show signs of use.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@cutecardclub.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and simple next steps.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in which case, it's on us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's done.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
